Amphetamines designed with 2,3-dihydrobenzofuran in place of the phenyl group include the entactogens 4-APDB (Item No. 11456) and 6-APDB (Item No. 11146). These designer drugs can inhibit monoamine uptake. 4-APDB is an analog of 5- and 6-APDB. The physiological and toxicological properties of this compound are not known.
